Hello! I'm Brian,a Web Designer & Developer from NY

  1. Mobile Website and DevelopmentPriceline.com
Grab your fancy smartphone, pop open the internet and head over to priceline.com. What you'll see is a mobile browser optimized version of priceline.com's desktop experience. Go ahead, change the orientation of your phone… thats right, it's responsive to different size screens. From here you can quickly and easily book a hotel room, even Name Your Own Price® for one! All the way through checkout you'll have a streamlined mobile experience. Now how wonderful is that? I was responsible for the design and front end development of this project. I even slipped in a little jQuery to make it extra slick.
  2. Website and Icon DesignChildren's Learning Adventure
Do you want your kiddies to have fun and learn something while you're out changing the world? Send them to the jungle! Children's Learning Adventure is a jungle themed child care center with an emphasis on education. They came to Vilocity Interactive to create a visual presence for several aspects of their business. Design-wise, all the company had to work from was their pre-existing logo. By using treasure maps and grungy design elements I created a site that feels like a place where the kids can get dirt under their fingernails. I was responsible for the design and direction as well as the flash development. I also created icons for the different areas of activity within the center that tied into the design created for their web presence. This was a really fun project to work on.
  3. Facebook App Promo Support Priceline.com Dept. of Negotiation
Priceline.com travel deals + facebook app = rewards when you join The Department of Negotiation! With the concept and core design for priceline's facebook app already nailed down, I was called in to create eye-catching promotional pieces that would live throughout the site. Each of these pieces needed to be consistent with the priceline brand and messaging from the app to drive users to facebook to see what The Department has to offer.
  4. Website Testing Interface Priceline.com
I designed the interface for this variant testing tool for priceline.com. In order to display large amounts of data in an easily readable fashion, my UI & UX skills were put to the test.
  5. Marketing Poster eTelecare
This poster was an internal marketing campaign for employees at eTelecare that I created at Vilocity Interactive. The design was well received and was made into flyers and posters ranging in size from 11"x17" to 3'x4'.
  6. Brochure eTelecare
eTelecare wanted a brochure they could hand out to high school students promoting employment opportunities at several call centers throughout the United States. By combining hand-drawn fonts and illustrations with appropriate lifestyle imagery, I was able to design a brochure that is playful and approachable.
  7. Identity, Lookbook JulieBeth
JulieBeth was a start-up company looking to increase their marketing presence. I was given the task of creating an identity and designing a Lookbook; a print catalogue of their line of products for the year. For immediate brand recognition I used the color palette of the leathers in the handbags and joined the two partners initials together with a classic serif typeface to create an icon. To complete the logo, the company name was set in a sans-serif typeface and placed straddling the icon. For the Lookbook I created a clean layout with abundant white space, cropping the bags on the edges of the pages to create visual interest. The product was displayed large as to emphasize the texture of the leather bags.
  8. Billboard eTelecare
I was responsible for the design of these two playful, attention grabbing billboards promoting eTelecareCareers.com.
  9. Logos Various Clients
This is a collection of logos I have created for various clients.
  10. Website Design and Development Linda Garrity
Linda Garrity, a soprano opera singer, wanted a minimal site design to showcase her newly recorded tracks and her resume. This two page mini-site where visitors have quick and easy access to information delivers just that.
